Wora
A joyful universe of hand-carved and hand painted wooden sculptures

Work
All the characters come from my own childhood imagination. Big headed little girls and their friends, quietly observing the world and finding joy in small, everyday moments. Each piece begins as a simple block of wood. I carve slowly, little by little until the story inside starts to appear. Then I bring it to life with bright, playful colors.I choose to make them small because beautiful and meaningful things don’t need much space. They only need a little corner on a desk, shelf, or windowsill to live and bring joy whenever you glance their way.

About
My Art JourneyI’ve loved drawing for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming an artist and spending my days creating with my hands. Art has always been my happy place, a bright little world full of imagination and joy.
I went on to study Fine Art and earned my Bachelor’s degree. While in school, I was thrilled to represent Thailand in the international traveling exhibition Women of the World, curated by Claudia De Monte.
After graduation, life pulled me in another direction. For many years I focused on work and other responsibilities, but deep down, the desire to create never really went away.
Now based in North Carolina, USA, I have returned to art and discovered my voice in wood carving and painting. Today, I create small, hand carved and hand painted wooden sculptures that bring joy, warmth, and happiness into everyday life.
